This is SFS' very first post taken in Los Angeles! I think this lovely lady evokes a very Southern California style, with the chic sunglasses and denim shorts--especially for this time of year.
We've been trying to slowly expand our coverage and I am personally very proud to add this new geographic element to our street fashion blog. I've noticed that San Francisco fashion tends to stay constant year-round, with a lot more vintage and casual looks on average--while New York fashion favors very seasonal garments and designer clothes, due to the fashion industry there. Los Angeles fashion, on the other hand--is dictated by warmer weather, so people don't often layer on clothes, they show their flair with beautiful shoes, luxurious handbags, tons of trendy accessories, and graphics/colors/textures.
