STREET FASHION STYLE (SFS) is a San Francisco and New York street style blog curated by Dyanna Dawson and John Tran. Look to us as your bicoastal source for the latest fashion trends and outfit inspirations.
John (JT) Tran was born and raised in the Bay Area. He founded SFS in 2008 to utilize his talent and passion for art, fashion, and photography. Since becoming a street style photographer, John has worked as a contributor with NBC Bay Area, Asterisk Magazine, 7x7 Magazine and Soma Magazine. When not shooting street style, he runs a secondary photography blog. His interests outside of photography include: perusing dusty bookstores, keeping freshwater aquariums, and consuming Indian cuisine.
Dyanna Dawson was born and raised in southern California and received her BA in Mass Communications from U.C. Berkeley in 2006. She joined SFS in 2009 and currently resides in Manhattan. Her work can be seen in Glamour Germany, Racked New York and NYmag.com. She has also contributed to a published book, Style Yourself. When she is not working diligently on SFS, she enjoys: watching Top Chef, beating John at board games, and hunting for vintage treasures.
