One thing I'm realizing as I get older, is that you can never be too adult to play dress-up. I recently stopped by to see SFS alum Ashley at her Nob Hill apartment in San Francisco. Every nook and cranny of her abode is decorated with vintage treasures collected over the span of nearly a decade.
I styled Ashley in a vintage paisley dress reminiscent of one that I photographed a couple summers back in the Mission. One thing that holds true about San Francisco fashion: Vintage never goes out of season.
The blue suede pumps are important to add a pop of color, but I choose to keep the rest of her accessories decidedly playful and demure. It might be 66F and sunny in California this week, but the fur trim jacket she's wearing is my nod to winter.
